Sales & Reseach Internship with Luxury Travel Company

A travel stipend is provided and college credit can be arranged. This is a great resume-builder and an opportunity to gain work experience with a fun and dynamic staff with diverse backgrounds. A successful internship has the potential to lead to a future job offer.
Hours: 3 days per week, flexible within office hours of 9 am to 7 pm.
Responsibilities
• Research, compile and fact-check destination information
• Identify internet marketing opportunities.
• Help write, proofread and edit trip itineraries
• Update hotel database.
• Occasional errands, other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
• Responsible, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proofreading and writing skills.
• Web-savvy with knowledge of internet research techniques, social networking sites, and blogs
• Educational background in marketing, public relations, international relations, publishing, journalism, tourism, and/or hospitality.
• Relevant international travel experience helpful, but not necessary.
